Recommended Use:

To moisturize and relieve congestion:
Insert spray head into nostril while holding head back or upright. With index finger, press the spray head briefly in a downward motion. fter spraying into each nostril, inhale, allowing the mist to fill the nasal cavity. After a few minutes, blow nose if required. Repeat as needed. Rinse spray nozzle with warm water before replacing cap.

To flush and irrigate:
Tilt head forward or to the side in the shower or over the sink. Follow directions above. A gentle mist will fill the nasal passages. Some of the solution will drip out of the nose. Use a tissue to wipe up excess solution. Blow nose if required. Repeat as needed. Rinse spray nozzle with warm water before replacing cap.
